  • Phoenix Fitness Harrogate is a members only gym. Members are strictly not permitted to allow access to anyone other than the individuals listed on this application form.
  • There is a 1 month notice requirement for cancellation of membership. Please email lee [at] phoenixfitness.org with your access card number to begin the 1 month notice period. Nonpayment from failing to serve notice will result in arrears on your account.
  • Members are responsible for managing their standing order payments, which includes setting up and cancelling the instruction upon termination of this contract, subject to the notice period.
  • We reserve the right to charge £10 to replace any lost or damaged access cards.
